Trails
A 420-metre-long, level path along the Segre can be reached on foot from Ger and is suitable for families. La Ronda de Ger follows hiking trail 170 through the area of the Les Valls stream and can be extended towards Coforn and Niula. Route 18 Ger–All–Montmalús–Ger begins in Ger, partly follows the Camà de Sant Jaume to All, climbs to Montmalús and then returns to the starting point.
A route of approximately 32 kilometres from Ger passes through Gréixer, Montmalús, the Cabanella refuge and the Feixa refuge, and returns to Ger via Meranges. A circular route of approximately 7.5 kilometres, with around 125 metres of elevation gain, leads to the Prades de Segre by the river and to the Sanctuary of Quadres before returning via All and the Serra d’All. A 9-kilometre circular route with around 350 metres of elevation gain returns to Ger via Gréixer and Niula. The different distances and elevation gains make the routes directly comparable.
A 19-kilometre mountain-bike route leads from Ger via Sant Pere, Gréixer, Montmalús, Coforn and Niula back to Ger, with 550 metres of elevation gain.

The portal of Santa Eugènia de Saga from the 12th century is made of marble from Isòvol and has four recessed archivolts; its capitals are decorated with depictions of birds and foliage.
The Santa Coloma de Ger building, extensively reconstructed in the 18th century, preserves Romanesque ironwork on its main door. The 18th-century door is made of pink marble from Isòvol; the carved stones of its door jambs depict hunters and dogs.
The Museo de Acuarelas de Cal Sindreu houses a significant art collection in a farmhouse that preserves the character of rural Pyrenean architecture. Sant Climent de Gréixer is a rural 12th-century building whose portal is made of marble from Isòvol.
In the wider region around Ger lies the Museu Municipal De LlĂvia, a museum. The Emprius de la Llosada and Parc Infantil parks are also located in this wider regional area.
