In Treffort, Bateau La Mira offers guided cruises on Lac de Monteynard. The trips pass through the Ebron Gorge and hidden areas of the lake to the Monteynard Dam, and pass beneath the Himalayan suspension bridges.
Nature
Lac de Monteynard-Avignonet lies at an elevation of 500 metres and stretches for 20 kilometres. It is used for windsurfing, kitesurfing, fishing, sailing and wakeboarding.
The Passerelles du lac de Monteynard-Avignonet hike crosses two Himalayan suspension bridges spanning the Drac and the Ebron. The route to the Passerelle de l'Ebron offers an unobstructed view of the lake at the start of the hike. The Trail des Passerelles du Monteynard has taken place every year in July since 2011.
The Tour télécom du col de la See summit is located in the vicinity of Treffort. The summits of Le Sénépy, Le Génépi and Rocher de Baconnet are also located around Treffort.
Culture
Le Môle de Treffort provides information about tourist and sporting activities at Lac de Monteynard-Avignonet. The Espace info EDF in Treffort is a 60 m² exhibition about EDF's activities in the Drac Valley, featuring films, information panels and photographs.

From Grenoble, the water sports centre at Treffort can be reached via the A51 towards Sisteron, the Sinard exit and then the road to Treffort. Boat crossings between the piers at Treffort and Mayres-Savel enable hikers and mountain bikers to make the hike to the Himalayan suspension bridges at Lac de Monteynard.
