Two thirds of Milíkov’s cadastral area belong to the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area. Almost one third of Milíkov’s area is forested. From Milíkov, there are expansive views over the Jablunkov Pass basin. Mount Kozubová and Mount Ostrý are located in the immediate vicinity of Milíkov, while Mount Loučka and Mount Smrčina are in the surrounding area of Milíkov.
Culture
The Chapel of St. Anne on Kozubová was built in 1936–1937 and consecrated on 26 July 1937. A pilgrimage service is held at the chapel every year in July on a Sunday around the feast day of Saint Anne. The observation tower on Kozubová can also be visited outside the pilgrimage period by arrangement with the operators of Chata Kozubová. The Golgota Beskidów Cross monument is located in the wider regional surroundings of Milíkov.
Cycling Route 56 runs through Košařiska, Milíkov, Jablunkov, Písek and Bukovec.
