Nature
In the garden of the Maison de la Nature in Guillestre, one plot is dedicated to the Tulipe de Guillestre, considered a unique endemic wild tulip found nowhere else in the world and open to visitors in April and May. Around the flowering period in April and May, the Maison de la Nature also offers guided tours of Guillestre's tulip garden; these are scheduled according to the actual flowering period.
Culture and History
The Site patrimonial remarquable of Guillestre covers the old town and its immediate surroundings in the Centre-bourg sector. The architecture and the town's emblematic pink marble can be seen in the streets of Guillestre.
Notre-Dame d’Aquilon was consecrated in 1532 and built on the site of a Romanesque church. The Tour d’Eygliers is the last surviving of Guillestre's ten 14th-century fortification towers.
At the foot of the Tour d’Eygliers lies a small parish garden. It is suitable as a place to stop for a picnic or a break and offers a beautiful view of Place Albert and Notre-Dame d’Aquilon.
Cycling
The “Du Guil au Pain de sucre” mountain-biking route is an 11.6-kilometre circular trail starting in Guillestre. It leads from the town's streets across the Plateau du Simoust to the Guil and on to the Pain de Sucre, offering panoramic views over the Guillestrois.

Markets and Events
The Marché de Guillestre is a food and craft market held on Place du Portail, featuring local and Italian producers year-round. It takes place every Monday from 08:00 to 13:00 throughout the year.
The Foire de la Saint-Luc is a long-standing agricultural fair in the Hautes-Alpes. It combines an agricultural market, fairground attractions, presentations of sheep and cattle, and other activities.
