The route to the Cirque de Cagateille is 2.1 kilometres long and signposted as a round trip; the starting point is in 09140 Ustou. The marked trail to the Cirque de Cagateille passes through undergrowth and crosses several streams before reaching the relatively flat floor of the cirque.
Culture
The Église de Saint-Lizier d'Ustou is a Baroque church oriented towards the west rather than, as is traditionally customary, towards the east. Set into the southern wall of the Église de Saint-Lizier d'Ustou is the former portal of a Romanesque church, with a Chrismon above it. The church contains an altarpiece from the late 18th century depicting a miracle of Saint Lizier.
