Čeladná: Hotels and Accommodation

The RC Čeladná grounds are located in a mature forest park at the foot of the Ondřejník massif. From Čeladná, there are both longer routes with significant elevation changes and an easy route through the town.

Nature and Trails

“Portášskými chodníčky” is a challenging 22.5 km route from Čeladná to Rožnov with significant elevation changes. “Po stopách Černých myslivců” is a moderately difficult 16 km route from Čeladná to Martinák, also with significant elevation changes.

The “Za unikátní architekturou” route is easy, 4.5 km long, and runs through Čeladná.

Culture

The Church of Saint John of Nepomuk in Čeladná was opened in 1789. At the entrance to the cemetery grounds by the church stands a cast-iron cross dating from 1834.

The log cabin Chapel of Saints Cyril and Methodius stands at the upper end of the municipality of Čeladná on the road to Podolánky. The chapel was built in 1936.

The Čeladná Golf Club chapel stands on the PGA Course near the tee of the 18th hole. The wooden Chapel of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Čeladná was consecrated in 1904. The BRC grounds with this chapel are freely accessible.

The original Lázně Skalka spa was founded in 1902 by MUDr. Jan May.

Leisure

Lanový park Čeladná is a high-ropes course among the trees in the forest, directly next to Boboffka. It offers four courses with different levels of difficulty.

Boboffka takes passengers up to 620 m above sea level and features an 824 m-long descent.

The Prosper Horse Ranch equestrian facility, offering Western riding lessons, is located next to the Čeladná Rehabilitation Centre. Prosper Horse Ranch offers horseback rides through the surrounding countryside.
