Międzylesie is home to a historic castle complex consisting of a 16th-century Renaissance castle and the adjoining 17th-century Baroque palace. The town's historic buildings also include the Domy Siedmiu Braci: former wooden weavers' houses dating from the 18th century.
The historic centre includes Baroque cloth halls dating from around 1740, as well as tenement houses on the market square from the 18th and 19th centuries.
