Kletno is a starting point for hiking, cycling, and skiing routes in the Śnieżnik Massif. The village lies in the deep Kleśnica Valley at the foot of Śnieżnik, designated as the highest peak in the Eastern Sudetes.

Tourist routes in the Kletno area lead through the grounds of a landscape park, where deer may be encountered. The area also features karst formations associated with crystalline limestone.
