Walking trails with designated starting points
The Von Eyrl Promenade begins at the train station in Klobenstein, while the Fenn Promenade starts at the “Zentral” car park on the edge of the village. The train station in Klobenstein also serves as the starting point for Trail 24 to the earth pyramids in Lengmoos. The starting points of the walking trails therefore differ: the train station for the Von Eyrl Promenade and Trail 24, and the car park for the Fenn Promenade.
Von Eyrl Promenade between Lengmoos and Klobenstein
The Von Eyrl Promenade is a 740 m-long walking trail from Lengmoos to Klobenstein. At 740 m, the route is designed as a clearly defined trail section for a walk. Its fixed length can be incorporated as a separate value into your personal time planning.
Along its route, the Von Eyrl Promenade offers several viewing platforms. The platforms are distributed along the route, creating several points where you can take in the surrounding landscape. This allows you to plan several viewing breaks directly along the trail.
Trail 24 to the earth pyramids
Trail 24 to the earth pyramids in Lengmoos takes approximately 30 minutes on foot from Klobenstein train station. The time indication is approximate and can be incorporated into your daily planning as a roughly half-hour walk. Your own walking pace and breaks can be taken into account separately from this timeframe. The earth pyramids in Lengmoos are the specific destination of this trail.
Fenn Promenade and Finsterbach Gorge
The Fenn Promenade begins at the “Zentral” car park on the edge of Klobenstein at an altitude of 1,150 m. Both the car park and the elevation are therefore established for the start of this trail. The elevation information adds a specific reference to the starting point on the edge of the village.
The Fenn Promenade opens up views of the earth pyramids in the Finsterbach Gorge. The view connects the trail with a specific landscape feature, while the car park serves as the starting point. Here, the earth pyramids are associated with the Finsterbach Gorge as a landscape area.
Ritten Arena on the high plateau
The Ritten Arena is located in Klobenstein on the sunny Ritten high plateau and has modern sports facilities.
