Meuspath is home to the access road to the Nordschleife on In der Stroth street. The circuit lies in the heart of the Eifel region, is 20.8 kilometres long, has 73 bends and a difference in elevation of 300 metres. The Nordschleife was completed in 1927.

History

Meuspath and the associated Krebsbacher Hof have a distinct local history that is closely linked to Nürburg. The place name is traditionally derived from “Muspach” and interpreted as a designation for a settlement on a marsh stream.
