Hiking Trails in Weitnau

The well-marked Carl-Hirnbein Trail leads south from the town centre towards Hauchenberg and Alpkönig. The Terrainkurweg trail runs from Weitnau via Sonneck along a forest track to Alttrauchburg. The two descriptions offer different points of reference: for the Carl-Hirnbein Trail, these are the start in the main town and the direction south; for the Terrainkurweg trail, they are the route via Sonneck and the destination of Alttrauchburg.
