The Parcours de l’Hermine ski touring route runs between Les Écudets or Séez and La Rosière and has an elevation gain of 740 metres. The hiking trails that begin in Séez include the Sentier des Hameaux; the local routes mentioned there take between 1.5 and 6 hours.

Culture
The Filature Arpin was founded in 1817 and is open to visitors. It offers 1.5-hour guided tours of the historic machines and the production stages of Arpin wool textiles.
The Espace Saint-Eloi is a former forge in the centre of Séez and presents exhibitions on blacksmithing, Savoyard jewellery and Savoyard Baroque art. It displays more than 200 pieces of jewellery from Savoy, including crosses, hearts and brooches.
History
The Church of Saint-Pierre was rebuilt at the end of the 17th century while preserving Romanesque elements such as the bell tower. Its interior contains a gilded high altarpiece carved around 1686 by Étienne Fodéré, as well as a painting of the Assumption painted by Bastiani in 1683.
The restored Hospice du Petit Saint-Bernard now houses a tourist information office and an interactive exhibition on the history of the hospice and the pass.
Landscape
The peaks of Pointe du Clapey, Pointe du Four and Aiguille de Prainan are located in the immediate surroundings of Séez. The peak of Roc de Belleface is located near Séez.
Chanousia at the Col du Petit Saint-Bernard is an alpine garden at an altitude of 2,172 metres, with 1,000 different plant varieties.
