Oz 3300 is a pedestrian ski resort: you can ski from the slopes to your accommodation. In the Front de Neige beginners’ area, there are two green runs, a gently sloping snow area and a free conveyor belt for first descents.

Winter
From Oz-en-Oisans, the cross-country ski trails at an altitude of 2,100 m can be reached by gondola. They include the 20 km Circuit des lacs and the 10 km Boucle de Poutran. A ski tour through the Grandes Rousses massif includes three passes, five glaciers and more than 2,000 metres of descent.
Pic Blanc can be reached from Oz 3300 by mountain lifts. At an altitude of 3,330 m, it offers a 360° panorama of major Alpine groups such as Écrins, Grandes Rousses, Belledonne and Mont-Blanc.
Nature
The Plateau des Lacs des Petites Rousses is a classified natural area at an altitude of 2,000 m. Five lakes lie there among wet meadows and rocks smoothed by glaciers. From Oz 3300, the plateau can be reached by the Alpette or Poutran gondolas.
Activities
Oz 3300 offers direct access to the Espace Alpe d’Huez mountain biking area. It includes 35 signposted routes for downhill, enduro and cross-country riding.
The Lac Besson climbing area offers a variety of routes on gneiss for climbers from beginner to advanced level, with grades ranging from 3 to 7a. In summer, the area can be reached from Oz 3300 on foot after a short approach. The Salle d’escalade Bernard Fabre climbing hall in Oz 3300 welcomes children and adults all year round.
The du Robérand car park, marked “Canyon”, provides access to canyoning and is located on the bend on the climb to the Oz resort.
Culture and History
The “Découverte patrimoine” orienteering course in the village of Oz starts at the Place de la Mairie and provides insights into the village’s history and surroundings. Oz also has five permanent orienteering courses that are open to everyone.
The route to the Cascade du Roubier follows a paved Roman road and leads to the entrances of former coal mines.
Geographical Location
The Eau d’Olle Express connects Allemond with Oz 3300 in eight minutes. From there, the mountain lifts provide onward access to Alpe d’Huez, Vaujany, Villard-Reculas and Auris-en-Oisans.
