Culture
The Eglise Saint-Pierre was built from 1763 to 1770 and consecrated in 1770. Its trefoil-shaped floor plan gives it the form of a cloverleaf. Construction was entrusted to the architect Pierre Cheneval, who came from Faucigny.
The first Chapelle de Cellières: Saint Grat was destroyed during the French Revolution and rebuilt on a larger scale in 1818. The Chapelle de Cellières: Saint Grat has a rustic style with a porch reminiscent of the Baroque style.
The Monument Grotte de Lourdes des Vagnys was erected by local residents on August 15, 1884. It is a faithful reproduction of the Grotto of Lourdes and is located on the departmental road RD4.
The grounds around the Chapelle Notre Dame de l’annonciation dite des Nicodex were designed so that visitors can sit and admire the monument and its surroundings.
