The Tour du Mont Mailly is a forest loop starting from Dessy on the left bank of the Giffre. The Hameaux de Leÿ et Messy hike begins at the Viaduc in Mieussy, passes through rural hamlets and offers views of Mont Blanc, Pointe d'Orchez and Le Môle near Messy. The Boucle du coteau sud begins in Mieussy and leads through undergrowth, pastures and villages; along the way, there are views of the Giffre Valley and Mont Blanc.
The promenade from the Viaduc to Dessy follows a paved road and is accessible to pushchairs and wheelchairs. The path to the Chapelle Saint Grat is an easy hike between the village and the forest to a peaceful viewpoint overlooked by the chapel.

The Circuit des Chapelles is a circular route for discovering Mieussy's religious heritage. It begins at the Chapelle Notre Dame opposite the Fruitière des Hauts-Fleury and ends at the Chapelle Saint Denis.
