Villars-Colmars is a village at medium altitude in the Haut-Verdon Valley, between Croix du Puy and Gardette.

The Plateau des Chasts, Cabane Marie-Louise route is a moderately difficult out-and-back hike of around 6 kilometres and takes approximately 3 hours.
