La Camina passes through Luzenac, connecting Les Cabannes with Orlu (Forges). The trail is accessible to pedestrians, mountain bikers and horse riders. La Camina is 28 kilometres long; including the loop near Savignac, it covers 31 kilometres, or 35 kilometres including the access routes to the railway stations.

Culture

Talcaneô is a 400 m² immersive museum area in Luzenac dedicated to talc and the industrial history built around it. The exhibition presents the journey of talc from extraction to processing through visual stations and games. In a dedicated area, a 180-degree screen follows this journey from extraction to the arrival of talc in a household.

The Église de Saint Martin is a historic site and part of the ecclesiastical heritage. It is located at 2, rue de l'Église, 09250 Luzenac; access is not wheelchair accessible.

Geographical Location

Trimouns is located at an altitude of 1,700 m above the village of Luzenac and is the world's largest active open-pit talc mine. Guided tours take visitors by coach into the active open-pit mine, explaining the geological characteristics of the talc deposit.
