Nature observation and the village’s historical heritage are the main attractions in Zbinohy. These include Zbinožský rybník, a distinctive chapel on the village square, as well as several monuments and traces of the area’s former craft history.

Nature

Zbinožský rybník is located in the cadastral area of Zbinohy and is legally classified as an important landscape element. Twenty-four specially protected bird species have been recorded at the pond; in addition, 32 bird species from the Czech Republic’s Red List have been recorded there.

Hiking

On June 11, 2025, an approximately 9–10 km hiking route from Kamenice to Větrný Jeníkov passed through Zbinohy. On this described hike, the route ran mostly along paths; sturdy footwear was recommended.

Culture

The chapel on the village square has an unusual circular floor plan and a polygonal tent roof with a lantern. The chapel on the village square in Zbinohy is a state-protected chapel dating from the 19th century and has been under state heritage protection since 1958. The Baroque wayside shrine from 1760 in Zbinohy is freely accessible. The village square also features a cast-iron cross on a tall granite pedestal dating from 1867.

Northwest of Zbinohy, below the dam of Zbinožský rybník, stand the buildings of the former Zbinožský mlýn mill and sawmill. The Zbinožský mlýn mill has been documented in church records since the mid-18th century.
