On Prašivá stands a wooden church built in 1640, which is a national cultural monument. It is open to the public during the pilgrimage on the first Sunday after 13 June and during several other Masses.

Culture
The historic wooden Prašivá mountain chalet dates from 1921 and is situated at an altitude of 706 metres above sea level. A historic lookout tower is integrated into the chalet. Hiking and cycling trails start and end at the chalet.
The Kamenité natural amphitheatre is open to the general public and serves as a venue for cultural and social events.
Nature
The Skalická Morávka National Nature Monument also includes the cadastral area of Vyšní Lhoty and protects a natural-looking, dynamic, braided gravel river section of the Morávka. The protected area includes gravel banks and riparian ecosystems where rare or endangered plant and animal species occur.
The weir near Vyšní Lhoty divides the Morávka into a natural river course and a water supply channel and is considered a technical rarity.
The Kršle Nature Reserve is located in the cadastral area of Vyšní Lhoty, covers 35.9007 hectares, and extends across elevations from 410 to 700 metres. The Skalická Morávka locality is freely accessible and can be reached by car within 250 metres.
Trails
The Prašivá educational trail features 26 information panels and two panoramic viewpoints. It passes through 11 municipalities. The route Morávka–Pražmo–Vyšní Lhoty–Prašivá is listed as one of the starting routes of the Prašivá educational trail.
Cycle Route 6174 leads from Prašivá through Vyšní Lhoty to Žermanice and Záguří. Prašivá also has an official paragliding launch site with operating regulations.
