Cycling
The local Cycle Route 2243 leads from Myslivna towards Pomezí. It is 7 km long, easy, runs mostly along paved paths and is suitable for all types of bicycles.
The cross-border Pomezí nad Ohří–Rathsamerweg cycle path runs through the Rathsam area, which is part of a protected landscape area. The Valdštejnova Cycle Route is a circular route approximately 75 km long that begins in Cheb and leads via Waldsassen, Mitterteich and Marktredwitz.
The Bismarckova Lookout Tower on Zelená hora offers views of the surrounding area.
Nature
The Pomezní rybník protected area preserves adjacent wetlands and bodies of water. Rare and endangered plant and animal species occur there, particularly bog arum (Calla palustris).
History and Architectural Heritage
The Church of Saint James the Greater has Romanesque foundations, is documented as early as the 10th century and is one of the oldest churches in the Cheb region. It preserves fragments of its original Romanesque structure as well as parts from later Gothic construction phases.
The Liebeneck castle site in the cadastral area of Tůně, Pomezí nad Ohří, is marked by a distinctive triangular terrain formation with a ditch and rampart. Liebeneck Castle was probably founded as early as the 14th century and had been abandoned or fallen into ruin by the 15th century at the latest.
