The Arabba-Marmolada ski area is directly connected to the Marmolada Glacier. At 3,342 metres, the Marmolada Glacier offers a skiing experience. The Arabba FunPark is a snow course with small jumps, waves, steep turns and obstacles. The Arabba FunPark is located at almost 2,000 metres in a sunny and quiet part of the Arabba-Marmolada ski area. The Arabba FunPark can be reached by the Le Pale chairlift. The Le Pale chairlift connects the Burz area with the Bec de Roces area.

As a winter alternative to skiing, Arabba offers snowshoe excursions. The Panoramic Tour Arabba uses the ski lifts to reach high-altitude viewpoints such as Porta Vescovo and Passo Pordoi. The Sellaronda road-cycling loop starts and ends in Arabba.
Hiking trails, panoramas and culture
The Sentiero Geologico di Arabba begins at the 19th hairpin bend of the road to Passo Pordoi and reaches Lake Col Vescovo via an easy dirt track. The Sentiero Geologico di Arabba includes caves, trenches, a massive flight of stairs and a water collection basin. The caves, trenches, massive flight of stairs and water collection basin date from the First World War. From Piza, you can return to Arabba via the Teriòl de le Velme trail, the alder-tree trail No. 699. The Arabba–Pizac hike reaches Pizac at an altitude of 2,222 metres. From Pizac, there is a panoramic view over Alto Agordino. The Viel dal Pan is an old trail that connected the Ladin areas with the Belluno area and was used by flour traders.
Il Vecchio Mulino di Arabba is considered a memorial site and a masterpiece of simple mechanics. Its gears, made of very hard wood, are still perfectly preserved.
Via ferratas and traces of the First World War
The Ferrata Cesare Piazzetta leads through the via ferrata area around Arabba to Piz Boè. The approach to the Ferrata delle Trincee begins in Arabba. From Arabba, you can take the cable car to Porta Vescovo and reach the start of the via ferrata in 15 minutes. The Ferrata delle Trincee ends at Passo Padon after passing by the Bivacco Bontadini. The Bivacco Bontadini is surrounded by numerous military remains. The Ferrata delle Trincee leads through an area with fortifications, tunnels carved into the rock, and branches leading to machine-gun positions and observation posts on the Marmolada, bearing witness to the importance of the area in connection with the First World War. The Giro della Grande Guerra ski circuit passes remains, trenches and forts from the First World War.
