Music, Local History and Architectural Heritage
Museum: The Museo degli Strumenti Musicali Popolari displays around 1,000 traditional musical instruments. The museum also presents Roncegno Terme’s oldest collection of musical books. The museum thus brings together instruments and written records of local music history.
Parco Musicale: The themed Parco Musicale is located directly next to the Museo degli Strumenti Musicali Popolari. Five green areas form a tour through the sounds of nature. The outdoor area continues this musical focus with sounds from nature.
Parish Church: The Chiesa di SS. Pietro e Paolo was built between 1757 and 1782 based on a design by the Lombard architects Bianchi. It is designed in the Baroque-Renaissance style, with a single nave and four side chapels. The single nave and the four side chapels define the spatial layout.
Mulino Angeli: Access to the Mulino Angeli – Casa Museo degli Spaventapasseri is barrier-free and well signposted. Access is barrier-free; at the same time, the route is well signposted.
Natural Area and Routes
Biotope: The “Palude di Roncegno” biotope can be explored via a visitor trail a little more than 500 metres long. The trail can also be used by people with motor disabilities as well as by blind and visually impaired people. The visitor trail leads through the biotope’s natural area.
Monte di Roncegno Terme Route: The “Monte di Roncegno Terme” route starts in the square in Roncegno and leads via Cadenzi, Tesobo and the del Voto forest road to the meadows of Località 5 valli. The small Lago delle Prese or Lago Grande can be reached from this route via short detours.
Pozze: Pozze is a wet meadow in the village of the same name on the southern slope of the Lagorai mountain range in the municipality of Roncegno Terme. The local protected area belongs to the network of protected areas of the Brenta River. Its protected-area status refers to the Brenta River.
Health, Chestnuts and Regional Tradition
Casa Raphael: Casa Raphael is a medical centre and thermal institute. It combines contemporary medicine with natural treatments from anthroposophic and phytotherapeutic medicine.
Festa della Castagna: The two-day Festa della Castagna in Roncegno Terme is dedicated to the longstanding tradition of chestnut cultivation. The event includes culinary specialities, Vin brulè, a market with local products and music. The festival therefore includes culinary offerings, a market and music.
