The parish church of S. Maria Assunta includes the painting Assunta in gloria con S. Carlo Borromeo e apostoli by the Milanese painter Giuseppe Nuvolone among its artistic furnishings. The title refers to the Assumption of Mary, as well as Saint Charles Borromeo and the Apostles.

There is an important restriction to bear in mind when planning a visit. The bell tower is closed to the public except on very rare occasions. However, it can be viewed from the outside. Therefore, do not plan a regular visit inside the tower; instead, focus on its external appearance, its impact above the scattered settlement centres and its connection with the surrounding moraine area.

Two further cultural destinations lie beyond the immediate church site. The ancient site of Lucone di Polpenazze is located in the vicinity of Chiesa.
