Historic Buildings and Sacred Sites
The Torre is a symbol of Val della Torre. In the 20th century, the Torre was rebuilt in the medieval style. The reconstruction took place on the walls of the park of the former Villa dei Conti Rossi di Montelera.
The Cappella di San Martino is located in Borgata Castello, northwest of Val della Torre at the foot of the mountain. The Cappella di San Martino has a rectangular layout divided into two naves.

The Chiesa di San Donato Vescovo e Martire was built in Baroque forms between 1687 and 1723. The Chiesa di San Donato Vescovo e Martire houses a wooden statue of Saint Donatus dated 1763, a work by the sculptor Stefano Maria Clemente.
The Chiesa di Santa Maria della Spina is of Romanesque-Gothic origin and was consecrated on December 30, 1283. The Chiesa di Santa Maria della Spina was formerly a monastery belonging to the abbey of the same name, which was dissolved in December 1601.
Trails to Madonna della Bassa
Sentiero 004 reaches the Madonna della Bassa sanctuary at an elevation of 1,152 meters. Sentiero 004 offers panoramic views of the Madonna della Bassa sanctuary and across the entire Casternone Valley. The first section of Sentiero 004 leads through a beech forest and then across a scree slope partially colonized by pioneer plants.
Sentiero 018 follows a long panoramic traverse across the Val della Torre basin, the surrounding mountains, the Turin hills and the plain below. A panoramic traverse is a longer trail section offering expansive views across the landscape.
Sentiero 011 leads from Borgata Bussoneis via Madonna della Bassa to Monte Arpone at an elevation of 1,600 meters. The trail is 5.7 kilometers long, has an elevation gain of 980 meters, takes approximately three hours and has difficulty rating E.
Cycling Loop Through Two Valleys
The Anello Ceronda Mountain Bike is an approximately 80-kilometer cycling and hiking loop trail. The Anello Ceronda Mountain Bike leads through the Ceronda and Casternone valleys up to the technical trails around Colle del Lys.
Nature Reserve in the Municipal Area
The Zona Speciale di Conservazione Monte Musinè e Laghi di Caselette extends across the municipalities of Almese, Caselette, San Gillio and Val della Torre. Val della Torre is therefore one of the four municipalities across whose territory this Zona Speciale di Conservazione extends.
Local Tradition
The Sagra del Salame di Cinghiale took place on March 30, 2025, for its 20th edition.
