The historic town centre of Sant'Antonino di Susa developed around the Via Francigena.

The Chiesa Parrocchiale di Sant'Antonino Martire was built in the 11th century. The 11th century belongs to the Middle Ages.

Another defining building is the Romanesque bell tower of Sant'Antonino di Susa. The tower has a square floor plan, is 29 metres high and has seven storeys as well as four lateral lesenes. A lesene is a flat, vertical strip of wall on a façade. The four lesenes articulate the outer wall, while the square floor plan describes the basic shape of the tower. The Romanesque bell tower was built in the second half of the 11th century; a mechanical clock was installed in 1763. The mechanical clock therefore belongs to a later technical phase of the building. The Romanesque bell tower of Sant'Antonino di Susa was also declared a national monument.

The Cappella di Santa Brigida in Cresto was built in 1713 and consecrated four years later, in 1717. The chapel adds another sacred site to the historic character of Sant'Antonino di Susa.

Castello Billia in the San Pietro district was a kind of summer residence for a notary family. This family has been established in Sant'Antonino since the 17th century. Alongside the ecclesiastical buildings, Castello Billia adds a historic building connected with the local history of a long-established family.
