Culture

The parish church of St. Bartholomew stands in the center of the village. The new building of the Catholic parish church has a three-story tower that probably dates from the mid-19th century.

The Theater am Wiesensee attracts audiences from far beyond Pottum. Hermannsweg 1 is also listed as a cultural monument: a partly masonry-built and slate-clad house with decorative half-timbering from the second half of the 18th century.
