Hiking trail We01 (Haidsteiner Weg) starts at Weiding Town Hall and is 7.8 km long. From there, it passes through Neumühlen, Walting and Haid, through the Haidholz forest, and over the Nickelhöhe, Kohlstatt and Waltinger Weg to the Haidstein at 743 m.
The Moos circular hiking trail We02 follows a different route: it starts at Dalking parish church, passes through Reisach and Döbersing, and returns to the parish church. Near Reisach, the route includes a detour to a lovingly decorated chapel at the foot of the Schlängelberg.
