Winter and Trails
The winter snowshoe trail Chemin du Vallon begins at the Plan Ravet car park in Méribel-Mottaret. The Chemin du Vallon is marked with signs and purple markings. Another hiking route leads from the car park at Lac de Tuéda in Méribel-Mottaret over mountain trails to the Col du Fruit at an altitude of 2.516 m; it involves an elevation gain of 900 m.
The Méribel Bike Park comprises 11 downhill trails, 9 enduro routes, 6 e-bike routes and 2 cross-country routes.
Nature
Méribel-Mottaret is surrounded by fir forests and the Tuéda Nature Reserve and lies at the gateway to Vanoise National Park. Lac de Tuéda is a 3 hectare first-category lake with clear water and a high density of brown trout and rainbow trout. Fishing is possible at Lac de Tuéda.
The Maison de la réserve naturelle du Plan de Tuéda offers a permanent exhibition and family activities with a guide. A shuttle service to the Maison de la réserve naturelle du Plan de Tuéda operates from the Châtelet stop; parking in the car park in Méribel-Mottaret is compulsory, followed by a 15-minute walk.
