Nature
Moosch is one of the 188 municipalities in the Parc naturel régional des Ballons des Vosges. Moosch is also one of the municipalities within the ZNIEFF Hautes Vosges haut-rhinoises.
The rock face of the Cascade du Bubalafels consists of volcanic rocks such as keratophyre and keratophyric tuff, or of volcanosedimentary rocks such as greywacke. The route to the Cascade du Bubalafels is signposted as an easy 45-minute circular hike.

Culture
The Saint-Augustin parish church in Moosch was built between 1861 and 1862 and consecrated in 1864. The Saint-Augustin church has a three-aisled nave; the nave and choir are covered with ribbed vaults.

History
The Nécropole nationale de Moosch can be visited year-round as part of self-guided visits. The military cemetery is the resting place of 600 soldiers who were killed during the fighting in the Vosges in the First World War, including General Serret.
