Nature and Trails

The Rigi Scheidegg–Greppen section leads across alpine meadows, along a high-altitude trail and over the scenic Felsenweg trail. It then descends through forest and alpine meadows to Greppen.

A hike from Weggis to Greppen follows the lakeshore, passes through forest, goes by a barbecue area and the Haldihof organic farm, and continues to Greppen.

The Weggis–Greppen hike reaches the historic village centre of Greppen; a bus connection is available for the return journey to Weggis.

Lake and Boat Trips

Greppen lido provides access to the lake for swimming and sunbathing. From there, the view extends across Lake Lucerne towards Pilatus and Meggen.

Greppen boat landing is located on the Lucerne–Küssnacht am Rigi route.
