Geographical location

The municipality of Le Noirmont encompasses a section of the gently undulating high plateau of the Jura Mountains, with marshy depressions that are mostly without surface drainage, limestone knolls, extensive Jura pastures, isolated or clustered large spruce trees, and forested areas.
