Culture and history
The townscape of Grüsch is characterized by historic manor houses built by the Finer, von Ott, and von Salis-Soglio families. The Prättigau Heritage Museum is now located in the Rosengarten Cultural Center.
The Church of St. Jodocus is also part of the town's history: it was first mentioned in 1495, demolished in 1720, and relocated to another site. Until the Reformation in 1561, Grüsch belonged to the parish of St. Johann in Schiers.
