Churches in Bielovce
The Roman Catholic Church of St Martin in Bielovce dates from 1714. The building has a single nave, a rectangular-ended presbytery and an integrated tower. The Reformed Church in Bielovce dates from 1781 and was rebuilt in 1913. Its furnishings date from the time the church was built. Thus, in the case of the Reformed Church, both the original date and the later reconstruction form part of its architectural history.
Manor Houses and Distillery in Bielovce
The secular buildings include the two-towered Neo-Gothic manor house of the Csécsi-Csillag family, built at the beginning of the 19th century. The Neoclassical manor house of the Bossányi family dates from the 19th century. Another complex is the distillery of the Szeszler family, dating from 1912. In addition to the two manor houses, the distillery is therefore also part of Bielovce’s historic buildings. The dates span the period from the beginning of the 19th century to 1912.
Monuments and Memorial Sites
Next to the Reformed Church in Bielovce, a stone cross erected in 1946 stands in an enclosed garden. A cross with a cast-iron corpus dating from 1865 can be found in the Bielovce cemetery. Also in the cemetery is the tomb monument of the Simonyi family, dating from the 19th century. The monument to those who fell in the First and Second World Wars dates from 1994. The area around the church and the cemetery thus represent two different local settings for Bielovce’s monuments.

The Kismarosi Sváb Muzeális Gyűjtemény, a museum, is located in the wider regional area around Bielovce. Kúlyika, a church, is also situated near Bielovce. The castles in the wider regional area include Csúzy-kastély and Füri Zichy-kastély. In Ipolybél, the Roman Catholic Church dedicated to St Martin was built in 1714 and acquired its present form in 1884. A statue of John Calvin stands in the courtyard of the Reformed Church in Ipolybél. The regional cultural area therefore extends from a museum and churches to the two castles in the wider surroundings.
