LandArt Trail to Issinger Weiher
The LandArt Trail is an easy, family-friendly themed trail. It leads from the sports zone in Pfalzen through the forest to Issinger Weiher. Along the LandArt Trail, there are works of art made from natural materials, integrated into the natural surroundings. The LandArt Trail is accessible with a stroller; there are benches along the trail, and a drinking fountain is available at the starting point in the sports zone.
Issinger Weiher bathing lake offers swimming and paddling. Issinger Weiher is one of the last pond biotopes in South Tyrol and is characterised by a species-rich and diverse range of plants and animals. This means that both a bathing lake and an especially diverse habitat for plants and animals are at the centre of attention in the same location.

Churches and historical sites
At St Nicholas Church in Issing, a restored and partially reconstructed clockwork mechanism from its church tower clock dating from 1548 is on display. The oldest authenticated document relating to Michael Pacher’s artistic work is an invoice from 1459 for the painting of the keystones above the Gothic ribbed vault of St Nicholas Church in Issing.
The high altar painting in the parish church of St Cyriacus and the Holy Family is a work by Karl von Henrici and depicts the martyrdom of Saint Cyriacus. The Four Churches Trail leads through Pfalzen and includes the parish church of St Cyriacus and the Holy Family. In St Valentine’s Church in Greinwalden, there is a pentagonal fresco on the southern exterior façade, donated by Hans Mair im Feld and his wife Margareth in 1434.
