It can be viewed from the outside year-round, without a guide. Entry to the rock dwelling is currently not possible because of a rockfall.
Another distinct highlight is the orgel ART Museum in Windesheim. It is a musical instrument museum that is unique of its kind in Germany. A signposted footpath leads from Bad Sobernheim station to the museum and takes about 25 minutes.
