For winter walks, Fleckenberg offers up to 30 km of groomed trails. In addition, there are around 120 km of signposted walking and hiking trails through the valleys of Latrop, Lenne and Uentrop. Signposted access routes lead directly to the Rothaarsteig.

Culture and history
The self-guided historical village tour "Use allen Huiser" presents Fleckenberg's old houses. Information boards are installed at the respective buildings.
St. Antonius Parish Church is a neo-Romanesque church. Its historic Ibach organ was built in 1865 for the synagogue in Aachen and installed in Fleckenberg in 1906.
The Chapel of St. Agatha and St. Gertrudis is considered the village's oldest largely preserved building. It is listed as a historic monument in Schmallenberg.
