Dietramszell is a municipality and a village in the Upper Bavarian district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen. The Dietramszell monastery of Augustinian canons was founded in 1098 by monks from Tegernsee under Abbot Udalschalk. In the first half of the 18th century, the monastery was extensively rebuilt and transformed into a Baroque architectural gem.
