Eitting is a municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Erding and a member of the Oberding administrative community.

Nature

The Viehlaßmoos nature reserve lies between Eitting and Gaden along the A92. Its western section is located within the municipality of Eitting. The Freisinger Buckl nature reserve is also situated west of Gaden.

The Middle Isar Canal runs through Eitting’s municipal area. The canal’s energy is harnessed at the Eitting power station. Kirchberg, Steinberg, Schindlberg, and Reigersberg are also located in the wider regional surroundings of Eitting.
