Winter

The Courchevel La Tania–Méribel cross-country skiing route is 15 km long as a red out-and-back route and has 400 m of positive elevation gain. It begins either at the Circuit des Teppes, at the upper end of the Route de Jilliard, or at the Ball-Trap area on the Route de Praz Juget towards Les Allues.

The La Tania–Le Bouc Blanc cross-country skiing route is 9 km long as an out-and-back route and is open to pedestrians.

Orientation

The Chemin de Villarnard begins at the Route de Praz Juget, behind the roundabout at the exit of La Tania towards Méribel. The Chemin du moulin de Villaflou can be reached from the “La Tania” stop by shuttle or by car via the Le Formier car park.

Culture

The Savoyard hamlet of Villarnard is located in the immediate vicinity of La Tania, below La Tania. It features traditional houses as well as communal cultural assets such as a washhouse and a bread oven.

In the immediate vicinity of La Tania, you can visit the former school of Villarnard; today, it is the headquarters of the Le Patrimoine association. The Chemin de Villarnard leads to the hamlet of Villarnard, which is a testimony to the local cultural heritage.
