Rozseč Nad Kunštátem: Hotels and Accommodations

The “Cukl a Rozsečské rašeliniště” natural monument covers 17.53 hectares and comprises a distinctive landscape of fen wetlands and meadows with two ponds. The area is home to specially protected plant and animal species, including protected amphibians that use the ponds as spawning grounds.

The “Cukl a Rozsečské rašeliniště” natural monument also contains a spring section of the Rozsečský potok stream. Grass frogs and alpine newts occur there; a good population density is reported for crayfish.

Kuliška Mountain lies in the vicinity of Rozseč nad Kunštátem. The Sýkoř and Babylon mountains are also located in the surrounding area. Kočíko Mountain lies in the wider regional surroundings of Rozseč nad Kunštátem.

Every year, the “Memoriál Luboše Sedláka”, described as a long-distance hiking trail or long-distance march, takes place; its route leads from Brno to Rozseč nad Kunštátem.

The family of the poet František Halas comes from Rozseč nad Kunštátem. The rest area established there is named “Halasovo Kunštátsko”.
