The Richard Lauda Memorial Hall is a permanent exhibition in the so-called “Zámeček” at náměstí 167 in Jistebnice. It displays paintings by Richard Lauda. Visits can be arranged by telephone with a member of the Jistebnice municipal office staff.

The Jistebnický Kancionál contains the first surviving record of the Hussite chorale “Ktož jsú boží bojovníci”. It was found in 1872 in a Baroque building of the deanery. The tower of the Church of St. Michael the Archangel is a prominent landmark of Jistebnice.

Landscape

Městské sady is a forest park that developed in the north of Jistebnice around a cascade of ponds. The ponds include Chadimák, Obecní, Nový and Kaplice.

A Stations of the Cross leads to the Chapel of St. Mary Magdalene on the hill southwest of and above Jistebnice. In clear weather, the chapel offers views across the surrounding landscape as far as the peaks of the Bohemian Forest.

Trails

The Jistebnickými sady educational trail is an easy circular route just under five kilometres long. As a circular trail, it has ten stops and is intended for hikers, mountain bikers and cross-country skiers in winter. Several hiking trails also pass through Jistebnice.
