The Musée de Baulmes is located in the former Maison de la Dîme, whose construction dates to around 1500. It is in the centre of the village, about five minutes from the railway station.

The Abri de la Cure is a prehistoric rock shelter and is considered national cultural heritage; it contains evidence of human settlement dating to around 13,000 BC. In Baulmes, a communal bell tower is considered an important architectural landmark.
