Zierenberg’s town hall is considered the oldest surviving half-timbered town hall in Hesse. It was built in 1450 by master craftsman Henrich Brant. The Protestant town church of Zierenberg was begun in 1293 in the Gothic style and has a 45-meter-high west tower.
