Mountains
La Norma is a car-free mountain resort at an altitude of 1,350 metres, situated on a wooded plateau overlooking the Vanoise Massif and the upper Arc Valley.
The Rocher des Amoureux is a rock formation around 70 metres high that can be climbed on almost all sides. It has around 100 climbing routes ranging from difficulty 4a to 8a.
Nature
La Norma lies in the heart of the Alps, opposite the Parc national de la Vanoise, a protected natural area with remarkable flora and fauna.
The Circuit de la Repose is a mostly downhill trail through the forest of La Norma; the possible access by mountain lift makes it easier to explore. The black grouse can be found along the Circuit de la Repose, while the spotted nutcracker is also present nearby.

La Norma's aquatic leisure facility has a 1,000-square-metre swimming area. It also includes a water slide and a beach with wooden and grassy areas.
Culture
The Sentier de l'Art features monumental sculptures that combine local heritage with contemporary and Baroque art on Savoie marble.
The Église Saint-Julien de Villarodin is located in the vicinity of La Norma; its Lombard bell towers are visible from a great distance, and it houses examples of Baroque art in Savoie.
