Culture
The “Bagpipe Ancient and Eternal” exhibition in Stoykite opened on June 25, 2022; the collection comprises more than 250 movable objects.
Stoykite is home to the Church of Saints Peter and Paul, considered one of the most beautiful churches in the Rhodopes.
The remains of a Roman fortress are associated with St. Vrach. An ancient Thracian sanctuary is associated with Mount St. Elena.
Nature and trails
Stoykite offers panoramic views of the Perelik, Murgavets, and Karlak mountain peaks.
The hike to Cherni Vrah, described as moderately difficult, takes around five hours and leads to the 1,811-meter-high Cherni Vrah above Stoykite.
The green-marked Stoykite No. 1 cycling route runs along a forest path with gentle climbs and descents to local viewpoints and is suitable for recreational cyclists and beginners.

Shiroka Laka can be reached from Smolyan either via Prevala and Stoykite or via Pamporovo; both roads meet in Stoykite.
