Garmisch and the Zugspitze offer affordable ski passes
The Zugspitze is offering fantastic prices on ski passes for the upcoming ski season. They are even lower than the prices in 2005! This will be especially good news for families with children planning their next ski holiday on the Zugspitze. They will pay just 94 € instead of 123 €. And children up to the age of 18 get the discounted rate.
The Garmisch Classic ski area is also offering great discounts. Ski passes for a family with 2 children are set to cost just 84 € instead of 110 €. That makes it even more fun to race down the legendary Kandahar ski run. It was expanded for the 2011 Alpine World Ski Championships. In addition, 5 valley runs are now covered with snowmaking facilities.

The resort of Grainau also offers families attractive prices for a ski holiday on the Zugspitze. A week-long ski holiday with an apartment plus a Happy Skicard is available for parents with one child for just 765 €. Those who wish can ski down the German slopes of the Zugspitze, or head to the wide Kranzberg slopes in Mittenwald. The little ski bunnies are in good hands here, too. Ski holidaymakers are welcomed with warm hospitality in the Loisach Valley at the foot of the Zugspitze. In this dreamlike landscape, you can escape the stresses of everyday life. Breathe deeply and unwind amid fascinating natural surroundings, either on long hikes through a snow-covered winter landscape or while cross-country skiing through almost untouched nature beside frozen lakes.
Those who love romance can take a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the enchanting snowy landscape. Afterwards, you can warm up by the fireplace in one of the cozy ski lodges. A ski holiday on the Zugspitze is sure to leave you with unforgettable memories!
