Vättis is located in the Tamina Valley at around 940 metres above sea level and is considered the southernmost village in the canton of St. Gallen. Getting there
The public transport connection is described as taking the train to Bad Ragaz railway station and then continuing by PostBus to Vättis.
When travelling by road from Bad Ragaz, the route follows the mountain road towards Pfäfers and Valens. Access is possible either via Pfäfers or via the Tamina Bridge and Valens.
