Feldis/Veulden is located on a terrace on the slope of the Stätzerhorn range and is the northernmost settlement within the Domleschg mountain villages. Relatively secluded, Feldis/Veulden lies on a natural terrace; today, the village can be reached via a mountain road from Domleschg via Scheid.

History

The first aerial cableway from Rhäzüns to Feldis/Veulden was built in 1959 and replaced by a new, modern cableway in 2006 after the initial concession expired.
