Cycling route 8414 Mošovce–Blatnica passes through Laskár. A cycling tour through the Turiec region also passes through the village; Laskár is located at kilometre 6 on this tour. The Južný Turiec cycling route is 38.5 kilometres long. These three route references range from a connection between Mošovce and Blatnica, through a fixed point within a regional tour, to a route with a stated total length. In winter, Ranch Amadeus offers skijoring, in which a skier is pulled by a horse. Ranch Amadeus also offers horse riding in the arena and in the open countryside.

Culture and History

The Museum of the Slovak Village displays a fire station from Laskár that was built in 1898. In 1986, this fire station was transferred to the Museum of the Slovak Village. A preserved wooden guardroom from Laskár was also transferred to the Museum of the Slovak Village in Martin. The two buildings are mentioned separately: first, the displayed fire station with its year of construction and transfer, and second, the preserved wooden guardroom originating from Laskár and transferred to Martin.

The history of the estate includes the connection between Laskár and Blatnický hrad. Laskár came into the possession of the Révay family together with Blatnický hrad and remained under their rule until 1848.
