Ski Tále ski resort: lifts, slopes and evening skiing
The Ski Tále ski resort has six ski lifts. The capacity of 4,110 people per hour describes the possible transport capacity of the lift system. The slope area is also relevant for orientation on site: Ski Tále has 2.77 kilometres of artificially snow-covered ski slopes. The six lifts and the 2.77 kilometres of artificially snow-covered ski slopes provide different points of reference for the alpine area: one concerns transport capacity, the other slope length.
A special form of skiing is traditional evening skiing at Ski Tále. Three ski lifts are available for this: H-100, TLV-A and TLV-C. If you would like to organise your ski days at different times, you can plan evening skiing at Ski Tále as a separate evening offering based on these three lifts.
For guests who do not want to spend their time exclusively on alpine ski slopes, the Tále Ski, Golf and Hotel Resort has four cross-country skiing loops. The loops are prepared with varying levels of difficulty. The four loops form a separate cross-country skiing offering in Tále alongside the ski resort. In Tále, you can consider the four cross-country skiing loops according to their respective difficulty levels and base your selection on the desired level of challenge.
Easy trails and family activities in Tále
The Tále educational trail in the Bystrianska Valley is an interactive family hiking trail. Wooden footbridges lead along the Bystrianka River; the trail also includes a dendrophone and forest sounds. The educational trail is an easy route and suitable for families with children.
The Tarzánia high ropes course is located in the Tále recreation centre. It has a 292-metre-long red course, a 180-metre-long blue course and an additional children’s course.
The Tále reservoir area includes a children’s area with numerous swings and climbing frames. The reservoir is located near Hotel Partizán in the Low Tatras in the Bystrá dolina-Tále tourist area. For families, this combination of an easy route, children’s area and children’s course can make it easier to choose shared activities.
The Tále reservoir can be reached on foot from Bystrá dolina, starting at Hotel Partizán, in five minutes. This time indication refers to access from this starting point and not generally to every accommodation or offering in Tále.
Golf between the national park and the resort
The 18-hole Gray Bear championship golf course is located in the Low Tatras National Park in the Tále recreation centre.
Tále also has a 9-hole golf academy. Beginners can try golf there under the guidance of experienced instructors. This option is intended as an introduction to golf and differs from the 18-hole Gray Bear championship golf course. The golf academy and Gray Bear therefore represent two different golf offerings in Tále. The golf offerings in Tále thus differ in terms of the number of holes and guidance from instructors.
